Supreme Court of India Declares Child Pornography a Crime: A Landmark Ruling

In a landmark judgment, the Supreme Court ruled that downloading, storing, possessing, and watching child pornography is an offense under the POCSO Act. This decision overturns the Madras High Court's order that deemed downloading and viewing such content as merely "moral decay" and not punishable.
